Glorience offers a 7-day refund guarantee for unused, sealed, and undamaged products. If you receive a product and change your mind, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (minus delivery charges).

Exchange Terms

If you receive a damaged formulation or incorrect product variant, we will initiate a prompt free replacement exchange. Please send a photo proof of the damaged shipment package to our WhatsApp line at +92 301 0008483 or email us at Glorience2@gmail.com.

How to Initiate Returns

To start a return or exchange process, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp at 0301 0008483 / +92 301 0008483. Provide your full name, order ID, and reason for return. Once verified, our pickup representative will collect the return package.
